Please attach the logfile.txt file to your email if possible, as this makes it
easier to trace the source of the problem, you can find this file in the main
program folder. This file is generated after the program has been started and
logs any errors that may have occurred while the program was running.
We aim to answer your emails as quickly as possible, which is usually within 24
hours. We always do our best to help solve your problems as fast as we can, as
we like to think we provide a higher level of support than bigger firms. |
