| Description:
|
| The flanger
produces a slow searing sound, and is frequently used with distortion
to dynamically alter the tone of the distortion, which together with a
little stereo separation can add a lot more depth to the effect. The
flanger can also be used to create a doubling effect similar to the
chorus, or it can be used to produce the effect of a reel to reel tape
machine being slowed down, and then speeded up. |
