| The Wah wah effect makes a sound like
someone saying "wah". It is a band pass filter whose centre frequency
is controlled by a sweeper. The Wah wah is most known for
1960s psychedelic rock and 1970s funk. Jimi
Hendrix did much to popularise the wah wah in the late 1960s using his
own modified effects pedal. |
